How Covid-19 Corona Virus Kills People and 21 Foods to Eat and 21 to Not Eat to Help Avoid Mucus

 I ran into an explanation of how Corona virus COVID19  kills a small percentage of people, yet of any age. I did not post the video since the doc was swearing all over the place.

And ultimately what happens is that the virus goes into the lungs and triggers rapid cell death which then triggers an immune response to clear out the dead cells.   If one has a heavy acid pushing environment mostly from their food and drink plus lack of smart supplementation, which most Americans do… and if one is low in vitamin A and vitamin zinc which most Americans are… then it’s easier for the virus to get into cells and replicate.

In fact the protocol given by President Trump that has been proven many times over is mainly focused on getting zinc into the cell to prevent replication of the virus but also it focuses on raising cellular pH, making it more alkaline so the virus can not release and spread as well.  Hmm, now that’s interesting.

Remember this virus is not your average virus (although far more people die from regular old Influenza flu globally according to various statistic reports), it is a weaponized biowarfare virus that has four extra modules on it and one of those  modules is said to destroy a man’s testicles.   So obviously this was a weapon looking to bring down society compounding the agenda of the dark side that has been continually trying to sterilize men and women in the USA and also the rest of the world in their population control agenda which is essentially the extermination of all humans from planet Earth.   obviously you should know who is behind this…  have you ever read  or listen to the first and second book of Adam and Eve?   Now  I don’t have time to go and look in the  veracity or the opinion of veracity on those books but they are respected by many –  not that,  that is even any sort of marker whether you should read something or not.  Shoot  I grew up being told that I wasn’t allowed to read the Bible,  that I wasn’t allowed to interpret the Bible on its own –  what is scam,  an eternally deadly scam.

Back to topic,  this virus triggers a body’s response in the lungs that ends up filling up the lungs with fluid.  Modern medical thinking seems to have no clue how to actually get the fluid out nor effectively reduce or negate the inflammation reaction nor do they seem have any idea behind why a person can’t process out the excess cell die off that is clogging up the lungs, helping generate inflammation, mucous and that drowning effect that COVID-19 causes,  even in young people.  Yes young people. You are not immune.  Plus this virus may sterilize you or do worse.  If it has an HIV mechanism added, as reported, then that sounds extra bad.  

But at least some MD’s are open-minded like Dr. Vladimir Zelenko  who listened to President Trump and actually  cured all his patients 650 out of 650  with that  hydroxychloroquine,  azithromycin plus zinc supplementation protocol. 

You have to have the zinc supplementation because why? Because shoving zinc into cells is one of the main pillars of this President Trump protocol.   Also because most Americans are heavily minerally depleted, and that the enemy depleted our foods whereas foods have 95% less minerals than a hundred years ago and then on top of that we eat a bunch of processed junk foods that we’ve been brainwashed to eat over the decades, most arguably could mineral, specifically, zinc deficient.

Well after listening to this  doctor’s explanation of the covid-19 coronavirus virus process of how it kills people from his understanding of  the concept the thought came to mind that it would be logical to make sure one is absolutely avoiding foods that cause mucus in the lungs absolutely eat foods that help drain mucus out of the lungs.

So I stumbled upon this nice post from a website called the Lung Institute that has a list of 21 foods that cause mucus and can choke the life out of you with COVID-19 and 21 top foods to help clear mucus from the lungs and reduce inflammation in general. 

And because these are emergency times, it also seems logical as a preventative measure to completely avoid the mucus generating foods while only eating the mucus draining, and inflammation reducing foods.  Not a little mix and match but only.

Another question is what are they feeding people when they go to hospitals? I had a family member who ended up at a “respected cancer hospital”  after developing cancer from a lot of bad habits and a lack of a lot of good habits.  So this top notch hospital for cancer gave him brochure for his ‘cancer diet’ including eating hamburgers, fries, milkshake while prescribing crappy protein drinks sweetened with sucralose.  On top of that, when he had to stay at the hospital the food they gave him was so hideous and cancer forming, I started maybe changing my mind from ‘this guys are almost completely clueless’ to ‘these people are sick and wicked’.    And they were feeding him all sorts of foods in their most refined and processed form and many from this this inflammation-causing list in addition to artificial sweeteners,  processed foods of all sorts of the worst kind,  refined sugar,  refined flour…  it was the most  either a. the  foolish thing I’ve seen in awhile or b.  the most sinister because if you feed patients foods like that, the the patients will need to keep coming back for more treatments.    

Point is that, logically speaking, if one is going to have a lung clogging with  mucus,  fluid,  cellular waste  backup in the lungs from the rapid cellular die off and from the consequent inflammation response that happens because of the viral infection then it sounds like a bad idea to eat foods that cause more mucus in the body, especially more mucus in the lungs!  And it sounds much smarter to eat mucus reducing foods.
